Unless something has changed, your information in my opinion is yes.  No 
direct latching.  Can she use a nipple shield?  HPV in an adult is one thing.  In 
an infant it can be devastating.  I would ask one of the MD's out there to 
advise.  I may not be up on the current information and would not want to 
give incorrect advice.  Is this herpes or human pap. virus?  It would make a 
big difference depending on which on it is?
