Says doctors are noticing more cases of hypernatremic dehydration in 
breastfed babies and want to track this in an organized way.  They 
(correctly, I think) chalk it up to more women choosing to breastfeed 
but not necessarily getting the help they need in the first week.

Lack of help is clearly identified as the problem -- not breastfeeding itself.

There is also mention of routine weighing as a possible tool for 
catching and referring babies at risk.
