Ms Chen has come up with a $25 sleeping-bag style incubator that can be used instead of the expensive, first-world style incubators. She hopes to see them available in the third world in 2010. 

Well meaning. Passionate. Intelligent. And wrong. I hope by now somebody has taken her aside and explained skin-to-skin, or kangaroo care.
