Hi, All:  APNO is a MEDICATION, and as such, should not be taken lightly.  
Whatever happened to mom's own milk to fix minor nipple issues?
I attended Tom Hale's presentation in Rockford, IL on June 6th and one thing 
he did say, was that APNO (including CAPNO) would fix whatever ails you.  I 
always caution mothers to use ANYTHING (breast shells, breast pads, lanolin, 
etc.) only for as long as she needs it, then put it away.
Remember, all that is needed for successful nursing, is a breast and a baby!
