Thanks to all who have sent me the survey.

Someone asked if they could send the survey anonymously.  I asked for names
for two reasons:
1) if everyone sends me the survey with <<Survey>> as the subject then I have
to change the subject in each one to save it.
2)when Lactnet was a younger list I did a mini version of this survey.  I got
back quite a few incomplete surveys and had no way to ask for more info.
Solution:  Since your e-mail address comes through with it anyway - can you
put your e-mail address in the subject line?

When I give the results of the survey their are no names attached - once I am
sure I have the details I need I trash the names, so I would never reveal
them (unless someone breaks in and steals them from my hard drive, they are
confidential).
