Cathy Kaiser,
I recently saw an infant with a frenulum that was so indistinct as to appear
nonexistant. Since there was nothing to clip, the surgeon performed a
frenuloplasty. He went to breast after being fed by eyedropper, then
fingerfeeding, and finally bottle for 2.5 months, and in 4 weeks had mom's
dwindling supply up to what he needed to gain 5.5 oz per week. I took lots of
photos, lets hope one came out!
