Kathleen I am aware that for centuries women have induced lactation  years since they weaned their own babies, e.g. grandmothers.  My question is more about the effect on the fetus, the infant and the growing child of the hormones and other treatments that the mother received during the transgender process and to induce lactation.  We know that it can take years for the effects to be known as has been shown in the past.
