Sorry for the previous post gremlins got into it "blush"

What I wanted to say to Jaqcui what I also found working wel is if or when you do your notes of the powerpoint make sure that you dont print the photos and the pictures because it use a lot of ink in the long run. Rather just the points in the presentation that are written . I found that people go back to notes where they actually wrote their own coments I agree on the less is better
