Cabbage for engorgement is IN!.  Little to no mention of autocrine control of
milk supply. Little on the infant's ability to move milk (suck issues and all
their combinations & permutations) includling the effect of epidurals.  Still
good stuff on sick mothers and sick babies.

This is required reading in our course, and supplement with other sources.
