I would suggest that the formula very likely is CAUSING the problem. The
parents could
1. demand that the baby be switched to human milk now, preferably her own
2. have baby transferred to another facility, if at all possible (i.e. there
is one available and baby is stable)

Also - parents could ask to see the hosp attorney re the possible
mismanagement, malpractice that might be occurring in this situation.
(Disclaimer - I do not have all the facts, so these are only possible
scenarios. I do not know if there is a really good reason why baby should
not be on human milk).  You could provide her with several articles, current
recommendations from Dr. Lawrence book, etc. and she could call several big
well-known nicu's and find out what they do, etc. Good luck to all.
