Today's Phila. Inquirer had a large insert from the PA. Dept of Health
highlighting various health issues. The only time BF is mentioned is in
the context of AIDs, and was accompanied by a picture of a couple with a
baby, and the baby is holding a bottle of white liquid.  There were
several pages about infant/child health (SIDs/Immunizations, etc.) The
WIC page mentioned that the program provided food for
