I note that there has been a posting on breastfeeding and family leave etc recently. I thought that some subscribers might be interested in two articles with relevance to the issue of family/parental leave and childcare policies and breastfeeding  that have been recently published off research that I carried out while based at Cornell University, NY  during 2001-2002. Both examine the US situation from an international policy perspective. They are:
