I had night sweats from the birth of my second child until she was several
months old. I don't remember just how old.  But I attributed it to hormonal
adjustment.  I did begin taking 100mg of vit E a day, which is recommended
for the same symptoms at menopause. That may have shortened the period of
the night sweats for me. It usually takes 4 or 5 days to show a lessening of
symptoms.
