I've had feedback declined but it was due to something in the way it was
typed.  I re-typed it and it was posted.  Of course it was the GFI/Ezzo page
so my post was removed promptly.  But- could you post the URL here for this
one?  Were you referring to the Medical Housecall page?  I could make no
progress on that and certainly couldn't find the formula information.  Or
were we discussing two different websites at a time?
