How is an almost-full milk supply possible with a previous reduction
mammoplasty with free nipple graft?  Wish I knew, then we could perhaps
use that knowlege to help other moms.  The mom I talked about had
extensive recanalization in her breasts.  She even had ectopic 'nipple'
pores on her areola!  Those ducts were looking to make it to the
outside, whether they found the nipple or not!  We took advantage of
these pores and finagled the latch to allow the baby's mouth to cover as
many of them as possible.
