That stands for Nearly Naked Breast Disorder, which you can read all about
at the URL below.  From the article:
"A great number of children who witnessed the tragedy are still plagued by
nightmares of sun-shapes that recall Jackson's nipple ring. Of the infants
who saw the breast, 76 percent are unwilling to breast feed or use a bottle,
forcing their parents to nourish them intravenously."

This is a SATIRE!  For those unfamiliar with the Onion, be forewarned that
it is a very irreverent satire mag online, and some people would not want
their children to read it.  Then again, some people wouldn't want their
children to see a breast either.
