Well I learned my first Lactnet lesson-"offer and they will answer".  I have had such a bountiful response to my nurse breastfeeding skills checklist.  Thank you all for your interest.  And now I beg your patience.  I will be happy to share it with all who are interested, but first my family is updating our computer system.  Once this is done I can send you a copy of the list.
