some years ago i read in the paper that it is now allowed to build
public housing without proper kitchens, just microwaves. noone can
cook real food in a microwave.
cooking seems to become more and more a "lifestyle choice" (and so
does breastfeeding).
my previous involvement with the slowfood movement prepared the
grounds for my interest in breastfeeding advocacy, as i want my kids
to become happy eaters.
what do you think of nina plancks "real food"?
i'm reading "real food for mothers and babys" at the moment but get
the feeling she's too much into patent recipes (esp with the ghastly
cod liver oil she mentions every second page...).

bye, nina
