Dear Friends:
    I have conflicting reports on the the WHO Code in the USA. I have heard
that Clinton signed the US on in 1994. I have heard that the US did not sign
on in 1994, but merely stopped objecting to the Code and resolutions about it
in the World Health Assembly.
    I am making inquiries to find out what is true, and will post as soon as
I hear something definite.
