Specifically for Nancy and Julie-

So we need extra protein for VLBW babies too.  Why expose them to cow's
milk protein if we can help it?  Can we bioengineer human milk or
substitute another protein source?  Would something like prolacta work or
an aa formula?  I suppose it is not cost effective.  Sigh.
