If the baby was refusing one breast after a teething episode (I think
that was what the mom thought), and that breast got neglected a bit,
couldn't it be involuting and salty tasting? To remedy this, mother could
express more to increase supply (relactate on that side I guess) and see
if that improves the taste. However, I do agree that an examination
should be suggested as well.
