Hello lactnetters
   I have a breast feeding mother at my new mothers group who has been
giving her 7 week old baby chammomile homeopathic quick dissolve tablets
for colic. I had advised her to give up dairy but until  a week ago she
was unwilling to do that. Instead, she went to the health food store and
spoke with a sales person there who recommended these tablets. (She
dissolves them in water first and then feeds to the baby.) She thinks
they work, but apparently not that well, since she is now willing to
eliminate dairy. I don't know much about homeopathy and was wondering
how safe it is for the baby. Unfortunatly, another new mother heard her
talking about the chammomile and wants to try it for her baby's evening
fussiness.
   Any input will be greatly appreciated.
