Hi, It's me again (long) 1st I agree, in theory, with Maureen with some
personel reservations and different thoughts. I guess that makes me an
individual thinker...you think?
As an RN, Diploma, I was grandfathered by the ANA many years ago when the
organization shifted from the diploma program to 2 year AA. New regs would change my liscensure
status. Any new grad from that point on would need to be a BSN or AA which
meant different job entry positioning. The ANA took into account training,
education, boards, CEU's and clinical experience as a benchmark for the "grand-
athering"
Next point...I strongly support a forum, such as the proposed website, as a pro-fessional

SORRY as a professionally orientated forum for postings and interactive discussions of the organizations workings.

BF and C/S personal hx. 3x C/S with Amanda I was not able to even see her
for 24 hours(hospital policy in Puerto Rico) with Emilie and Jaimito I
BF in 1/2-1 hour. If I waited to be able to sit up it would have been
over 24 hours, the epidural stays with me "forever"
Next... Barbara, Without any references right now could you please make the
connection between oversupply and a galactocele? Looking forward to meeting you

in person at Kay's party in Phil. March 1-2.
