I don't think it was me to credit for the quote of a 5 day pp mom that thought breastfeeding was too much work, though it easily could've been.
About customer satisfaction and maternity wards not being a sick people's place: Could it be an option to inform all new moms (moms to be) about the health hazards for mother and child of too much interruptions and too little rest and then have them sigh an informed consent if they still want to have visitors in all the time?
