Allergy shots should be harmless to the baby.  I started getting them when I 
was 5 months pregnant and continued for 5 years.  The Allergist was also a 
pediatrician and at that time 18 years ago, gave me the studies that showed 
it was ok.  I'm sorry i don't have access to them now.  I believe any amt in 
breastmilk would be undetectable and have no affect on allergies good or bad 
in the infant.  Someone may have more current info than I.
