Hi all,

Over 50% of the antibiotics sold in the US go into dairy feed to treat
mastitis and other infections in milk cows. Dairy consumption is well-known
to be linked to recurrent and resistant yeast infections.

A good reference is "A Woman's Guide to Yeast Infections" by Naomi Baumslag
MD and Dia Michels. It's an inexpensive softcover book that I found
available in several ordinary retail bookstores. The book also has several
"alternative" remedies. Although the main focus is vaginal yeast infections,
I found the information very useful and pertinent to nipple yeast too.
