I highly discourage these as they stay in the front of the babies mouth and
reinforce a small mouth as  the circumference is quit small. I find they also
reinforce keeping the "nipple" in the front of the baby's mouth, instead of in
the back of the babies mouth as the breast is when nursing. Camille
