Unless you are also a HCP, who can prescribe, I think as an LC we can only
tell a mom what her options for tx are, pros and cons, and then refer her
to her HCP to get the med.  See Standard 3. Professional responsibilities
(my copy is 1995) of Standards for Practice for Lactation Consultants.

That is why, late one Sat pm, I decided to become a HCP, so I could write
the blankety-blank Rx!
