Okay Lactnuts
I have heard this scenario batted around for years about a mother  using a
nipple shield and the mother  later brought suit against the nurse/hospital
because the baby was a FTT. The scenario that I heard was that the mother
did will her case because she was not informed  about monitoring the weight
etc. I have tried to find that case but can't find any reference to that
suit. Is it true? We all know that it surely can happen but was there an
actual case?
