Breast tuck is also called a mastopexy.  Usually skin is removed, but
not breast tissue.  The surgeon usually repositions the areola and
nipple upward using an inferior pedicle technique.  The scarring with
this technique is consistent with your description.  This surgery can
also reduce the mother's milk supply, but usually supply is better than
it is after a reduction mammoplasty.  Baby should be followed closely.
