Hello friends - wondering if anyone else has had to present a business plan to justify an IBCLC specifically for a level 3 NICU? I'm trying to locate research that supports the cost of an FTE in the NICU For lactation support - I.e. Decreased Length of Stay, decreased NEC or Late Onset Sepsis, increased exclusive Breast feeding rates among prematures, etc. I'd be grateful for any leads - thx in advance!
