Hi everyone,

I've been reading through the archives, and haven't been able to find
exactly what I'm looking for - perhaps one of you has the answer...

If St Johns Wort is not recommended for the lactating mother (per Tom
Hale), what non pharmaceutical remedies would you suggest for a mom
experiencing mild-moderate post partum depression? Or are pharmaceutics
like paxil and zoloft the best options?
