PTP-  Mother is nursing a 2 year old and a 2 month old.  2 year old has never had any issues with breastfeeding.  Mother has an eating disorder and feeds him randomly, so main source of nutrition is still breastmilk.  When mature milk came in with second baby, the 2 year old began having a bleeding diaper rash after every breastfeed.  Toddler has been checked for allergies and the only thing he appears to be allergic to is citrus.  Yesterday upon breastfeeding he began to have wheezing episodes.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks, Adrienne
