A further comment:
There is such confusion over cow's milk allergy/sensitivity. So many times
I've had moms agree to go off of dairy, then take in yogurt or lactaid milk,
thinking they were somehow different.

What seems to cause a lot of the confusion is the difference between
*lactose* intolerance and cow's milk *[protein]* allergy. Most people do not
know enough to differentiate the two. I try to spell it out, but the
confusion tends to persist.
