What were the changes made in China about 2 years regarding formula? They were going to restrict access to formula in an effort to increase breastfeeding.  Did they make formula by prescription only and take it off the market shelves? What are the requirements to get formula there and does anyone know what has been happening since this occurred?  I believe it was to happen in April 1996 on a particular day they were going "cold turkey" off of formula.  Any information on this would be appreciated, thanks, Patty Murphy [log in to unmask]
