I remember from years back that it is something like 1 square " of skin
exposed to sun for 15 min. or something like that.  The thing is that
babies and kids need to be outdoors for sometime every day.  Everyone is
healthier all around if we can get mom to  forsake the TV soaps/talk shows
and go  for a walk every day!  (I'm a great believer in fresh air as stress
reliever for  adults and children)
