If this mom were my client, I would refer her to a homeopath. I would also evaluate the mechanics of breastfeeding (you probably already did this), b/c there may be an underlying cause there (oversupply, etc). Also, I agree w/ Mary--there are way too many drugs here--holistic treatment is so much gentler and deeper healing.
