I don't know of a good video for dancer hand position, but the Global Health Media Project has a video about latching that I think demonstrates really well for mothers, the difference between a wide-open effective latch and shallow latch. Here's the version for healthcare workers:http://globalhealthmedia.org/portfolio-items/breastfeeding-attachment/?portfolioID=5623

Love these videos! It looks like they were developed with lots of great minds in lactation including Dr. Newman. They are free to download.
