how is the oral anatomy? even a mild degree of tongue tie in a baby like 
this could cause the fatigue feedings, wt loss, soreness etc. cathy genna 
seems the expert on this. there are many degrees and variations of which i 
am certainly not that good at evaluating. perhaps a referral to ST, OT, 
ENT>?
