Does anyone have any experience getting pumping time covered under the
United States Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)?
For an overtime exempt (salaried) employee, this particular new mom can't
clock out and in. However, I would think she could use her FMLA time (I
don't think she used it up in her maternity leave), but in 30 minute, as
opposed to 1 day, smaller chunks.
Thanks,
Suzanne
