I have been lurking on the list for a little while now, and I have been
overwhelmed by the wisdom and dedication of all who particpate.  I am a
R.N. with 30 years of pediatric experience, hoping to sit for the exam next
year.  I  had a Mom of four tell me last week that with every child she
experienced an episode where she had " uncontrollable shaking, felt like
she was going to pass out, and could not get warm for about 30 minutes"
prior to her" milk  coming in".  She was afebrile, did not have a history
of hypotension or any other significant medical history.  I am posting this
with her permission, hoping to get some explanation.  Her sister had a
similar experience, as did another friend.  Thanks in advance for any
answers.
