  Well, I took your recommendations and wrote a LONG note to the No Free Lunch website and got this e-mail back:

thanks for all of this. The 'formula section' sort of fell off when the 
website was redone a while back. You are right to be disappointed and 
right that it should be there. I will do my best to try to get it back.
