My experience with this kind of delayed milk production is that it is
related to ineffective suckling and not to pit induced labor. Now if the
babies are induced when not ready to suck...maybe that is related. Once in
a while I seem to have a run of moms with long or large nipples of the type
that babies cannot latch deeply enough. They tend to have this delayed milk
coming in as a side effect of the longer/ larger nipples.
