I don't know anything about the chemicals you mentioned, per se, but, 
the recommendations even for a smoking mother are that continuing to 
breastfeed is still better for the baby than stopping and giving 
formula.  So, the question would be this - despite the mom's exposure to 
those chemicals, would it the baby still be better off getting formula?  
From what I've read and understand, it would seem like the baby would 
benefit from getting his mother's milk, I wonder if you could get an 
opinion from Dr. Jack Newman, do you have his address?
