Firstly, the link between induced abortion and breast cancer is NOT
"definite". The research has been criticized for many flaws.
Regarding milk production after abortion (miscarriage or induced): this is
not uncommon - but seems to be an area not researched. I have checked
several textbooks about abortion, and they don't even mention breasts!!! I
don't think there would be a difference whether it was a miscarriage or an
induced abortion. I think it may occur after 12 weeks of pregnancy, but is
more common after 16 weeks.
