Thanks for sending in this info about cleaning of SNS tubing, and
having parents sign a release.

For interest, is there any research on bacterial build-up in SNS
tubing, ie during feeding with EBM or with ABM? If so, what did it
show? Can the tubing be used safely for a longer time when the milk
is breastmilk, than when the milk is formula, as we'd expect? In
which case would the release need to be clear about what kind of milk
is being supplemented?

Pamela (who has never promoted use of the SNS because the thought of
bacterial contamination in those tiny tubes where the protein build
up can't be brushed or wiped off gives me the screaming heebs!)
