Thanks to everybody who already responded.  I have some information from 
Kathleen Huggins, I plan to contact Lisa Marasco and others, but I am 
concerned that I have not been able to turn up much information regarding 
this condition.  There was a study in 1985, then Ms. Huggins', et al, in 2000, 
and that's all I've found really. Have there not been other studies done?  Is 
there a limited amount of information, or is this a subject that just doesn't 
warrent more study.  It is what it is, basically.
