Hello,
My name is Michelle Snyder.  I am currently working as an RD, CLC in a
hospital setting.  We are looking at making some changes to our lactation
services and would like to learn more about what other hospitals are doing.
Are there other RD, CLCs out there working in clinical settings?  Are
hospitals using lay (non-RN, non-RD) CLCs on the floors? If so, what are the
salary ranges for such individuals?  Do you charge for lactation services?
Have you tracked your reimbursement?
