From a personal view point, I am going to have to disagree that nipple
creams are useless. I have been pregnant and/or breastfeeding for the past
4 years. I used lanolin ointment after each birth. I never had cracked or
blistered nipples but I still used the ointment and it helped me. My
nipples got more 'chapped' like you lips do, from the new constant moisture.
Each time, I used it for maybe 5 days. I have used the same tube
throughout all of my children.

I recommend it to all new moms for this reason.

It also works great to protect the skin on a baby's butt during a bad diaper
rash. ;)

Respectfully,
Christie Kilduff
