If this baby has gained 11 ounces I don't see any reason for starting mom on
any Fenugreek.  It sounds like the baby is doing the typical and very normal
cluster feeds in the evening.  Is the baby generally going for a 3-5 hour
stretch of sleep after having the cluster feeds lasting for 3-5 feedings in a
row?  I think she just needs some reassurance that this too shall pass and
that it's quite normal.  HTH, Sue
